Leadership training

One of Bill’s favorite things to do is to help other leaders. For decades he has invested especially in those who lead students.

Bill’s has led student ministry training conferences ranging in length from an hour to a weekend. He is flexible with that time frame, but ideally likes to have several hours to present a model for youth ministry. BIll has done training seminars for individual churches as well as training for associations, state conventions, and national agencies.

Bill is available to help with training in a variety of areas, but is most interested in helping leaders develop a consistent concept of ministry based on the ministry of Jesus. He suggests that some things that we do in ministry can and should change with the times, but there are basic important pillars of ministry that should never change.
