For 2012, Seesalt offers yet another great option for an exciting summer student conference trip. In addition to four weeks at Myrtle Beach’s Sea Mist Resort and Coastal Carolina University, Seesalt will also head to the mountains for a week at the Smoky Mountain Convention Center in Pigeon Forge, TN.
During the week of July 9-13, you can be part of the same great Seesalt experience while also enjoying the area’s abundance of entertainment possibilities. For those in your group who enjoy the great outdoors, the Great Smoky Mountains offer everything from hiking to tubing to white water rafting. Pigeon Forge options include Dollywood theme park, go-carts, arcades, miniature golf, bungee jumping, gift shops, shows, water parks, restaurants, outlet shopping, and too many other attractions to mention.
Lodging is at the Ramada Inn with all program sessions and meals at the adjoining Smoky Mountain Convention Center.
Reservation Information
The cost for Seesalt at the Smoky Mountain Convention Center in Pigeon Forge, TN is $260 for each participant registered by May 1 ($270 after May 1) if you average four people in each of your rooms and if your church is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Putting less than four per room will increase the average per person cost. See Reservation Information in the drop down menu at the top of the page for more details.
Make lodging reservations directly with Smoky Mountain Resorts by calling group sales at 1(800) 523-3919. Be sure to tell them you are reserving rooms for Seesalt at the Ramada Inn.
Program reservations (separate from lodging reservations) are taken on a first-come basis. A $60 per person deposit is required when making program reservations. If a cancellation is made 60 days in advance of the scheduled week, $30 of the $60 will be refunded. There will be no refund for cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the week. Unused deposits cannot be applied toward remaining balance.
The remaining program balance (not including lodging) of $119 per person ($129 for those registered after May 1) is due upon arrival. To register, click on the Seesalt Registration link on the drop down menu at the top of the page.
