2012 marks the 15th consecutive year for Seesalt at Coastal Carolina University. Located between Conway and Myrtle Beach, CCU combines the best of both worlds. Being less than ten miles from the ocean means easy access to the beach and all of the immensely popular area attractions, but the campus is also secluded enough to avoid any normal beach distractions.

CCU offers first-class modern facilities on a beautiful campus; surprisingly well shaded and accented with ponds and fountains. Lodging is in dorm rooms with meals served in the nearby dining hall. The 800-seat Wheelwright Auditorium is an outstanding facility for our main sessions. The campus also includes an indoor pool opening up to an outdoor patio, student center, physical activities complex, numerous classroom facilities, and a variety of recreation fields. All facilities are air-conditioned and in excellent condition.

Reservation Information

1. The cost for Seesalt at Coastal Carolina University is $260 for each participant registered by May 1. Registration received after May 1 will be $270 per person. The cost for Seesalt And Missions is $275 ($285 after May 1).  These prices includes four nights lodging, ten meals, and program/materials/facilities fee.

2. Note that you will be on your own for dinner during Wednesday's block of free time. Other optional items such as shirts, DVDS, CDs, books, and snack food will be on sale.

3. Reservations are taken on a first-come. A $60 per person deposit is required when making reservations. Remaining balance is due on arrival.

4. If a cancellation is made 60 days in advance of the scheduled week, $30 of the $60 will be refunded. There will be no refund for cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the week. Unused deposits cannot be applied toward remaining balance.

5. A male adult leader is required for each 1-7 boys and a female adult leader is required for each 1-7 girls.  Additional adult leaders beyond this ratio are welcomed and encouraged, especially if your group requires more than average supervision. Adult leaders should be responsible, maturing Christians age 21 or older who can provide proper supervision of their students.  They must agree to support and enforce conference regulations. Adult leaders will be rooming with students, so husbands and wives will not be able to room together.

6. Conference participants must have completed the sixth grade in school. Anyone younger than this, including children of adult leaders must NOT be brought. We reserve the right to send underage children home at the church’s expense with no refund.  College-age students may attend and will have two options. If they are not considered adult leaders, they will be in a Bible study group for those who have graduated from high school. If they are considered adult leaders, they will participate in adult leader programming.

7. Lodging will be in college dormitory rooms. Participants need to bring linens, pillows, towels, toothpaste, toothbrush, deodorant, soap, shampoo, casual clothes, shoes appropriate for active recreation, Bible, pen, spending money, and good attitudes.
